| 摘 要： | 建设新农村归根结底是为了提高农民的生活水平,增加他们的收入。但是我国近年来农民的收入增长速度开始放慢,增收趋势也越来越不明显。这种状况的出现有农民自身的原因,也有国际、国内及市场大环境的影响,因此有必要采取相应的措施进行解决。

| Abstract: | The final purpose of constructing new countryside is to improve farmers' living condition and increase their income. However, the growth rate of farmers' income begins to slow down in recent years and the growing trend is not as tangible as before increasingly. Therefore, such situation, the result of both farmers' own reason and the influences from international, home and markets, should be solved through appropriate measures. |
