全国高校计算机联合考试广西考区的做法和经验

全国高校计算机联合考试广西考区已经举行9年考试，考试的科学性、可靠性、公正性得到了各个高校和社会的普遍认同，对地处西南的广西高校的计算机基础教学起到积极推动作用。本文回顾总结了该考试实施以来的做法和经验，侧重阐述了考试的指导思想，考试大纲的设计，考试命题和考务管理办法的建立和完善，考试的计算机管理系统开发以及高校计算机基础教学教材建设等问题。

The Study and Practice on National Higher Education Computer Grade Test in Guangxi Region

The National Higher Education Computer Grade Test has been held for 9 years in Guangxi Region. The scientificity, reliability and impartiality of the test have been identified with the universities and society. It promoted the elementary computer education in universities and colleges located in Guangxi, southeast of China. This paper reviews and summarizes the practice and experience of executing this test. The emphases are put on the guideline of the test, the design of general outline of the test, the establishment and improvement of methods about the setting of examination questions and administration of the test, the development of computer management system for the test, and establishing of teaching material for elementary computer education in universities and colleges.
