中小学教育法规缺失的影响分析

依法治教是发展教育的重要保障,是国家推进教育改革和发展的重要方略。中小学教育法规的缺失,对教育方针的贯彻、依法治教的实施、学校的规范管理和教师队伍的建设都带来严重影响,亦不利于教育的长期发展。文章对中小学教育法规的部分缺失内容进行了阐述,分析各种缺失带来的影响,目的是引起教育管理者的重视,有助于推进中国特色教育法规的完善。

On the Influence of Absence of Education Regulations of Secondary and Primary Schools

Running School by law is an important guarantee for developing education as well as a critical strategy of promoting the renovation and growth of education. The absence of education regulations of secondary and primary schools produces a serious effect upon implementation of education policy, practice of running school by law, management of school, construction of teaching staff and the long-term development of education. This paper expounds the absence of some education regulations and its consequences, the purpose of which is to arouse attention of some authorities concerned, which helps to quicken the step towards the perfection of education regulations with Chinese characteristics.
