| 摘 要： | 基于强相关型转型企业技术能力演进机理分析,提出原有技术能力挖掘和技术学习的转型企业技术能力培育模式;运用西方经济学的无差异曲线的分析方法,构建了培育模式选择模型。分析表明,转型企业技术能力再造战略的侧重点因技术资源禀赋不同而不尽相同,并应随企业不同的发展阶段做出相应的动态调整。

| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing technological capability evolvement path of enterprises during high-correlative industry conversion, two cultivation models of primary technology mining and technology learning of enterprise's technological capability under a background of industry conversion are put forward. We built up a model applying indistinctive curve to choose cultivation models. The analysis indicates that the enterprises' stratagem emphases of technological capability reforger are disparate for their different technology resource gifts, and should be adjusted in different phases. |
