中职学校体育分层教学初探

传统的体育教学模式束缚了教师的思维方式，使教师本身陷入僵化的模式中，造成学生不喜欢体育课的局面。针对这种情况，在体育课堂中可实施分层教学、分层备课、分层授课，即让学生根据自已的兴趣、能力、身体素质等选择不同的组，并针对不同学生提出不同目标要求和练习项目，使每个学生的个性和潜能都得到发展。

Traditional teaching of modle of P.E.course usually restrain teachers' thinking,make teaching get into rigescent model,and result into the situation that students dislike P.E.course.In order to solve these problems,P.E.course can carry out stratified teaching and stratified preparation for lessons,which make students select different groups according to their own interests,abilities and physical qualities,and put forward different objective requirement and practice items for different students.Eventually,the personality and potential of every student can develop fully.
