在技术体系膨胀和需求变化加速的背景下，技术集成为企业技术能力成长提供了新途径。分析了基于技术集成的技术能力成长过程；对技术集成过程中企业的建构能力、技术监测能力和快速响应能力的成长机制进行了研究，表明技术集成有助于企业在利用外部技术源的同时，掌握产品开发主动权，促进自主技术能力的成长；在此基础上，构建了基于技术集成的技术能力成长模型。

The Technological Capability Development Based on Technology Integration

Technology integration provides a new approach to the development of technological capability under the background of rapid demand change and technology system expansion. Therefore,the technological capability development process based on technology integration is analyzed. Meanwhile,the development mechanism of the architectural competence,monitoring competence and quick response capability during the technology integration is studied. It indicates that technology integration will not only enhance utilizing external technology sources but also help enterprises to acquire the initiatives during the new product development and promote the development of the independent technological capability. Thus,the model of technology capability development based on technology integration is constructed.
