| 摘 要： | 近年来,泉州市旅游业快速发展的同时带来了旅游资源的破坏和耗竭。利用法律手段对旅游资源开发利用行为进行科学合理的规范,是实现泉州旅游资源可持续发展的重要途径。通过分析泉州市旅游资源开发利用现状,依据旅游资源保护原理,考察西方国家的旅游立法实践,梳理泉州旅游业发展可依据的现有法律,提出泉州市旅游资源保护的具体立法措施。

| Abstract: | Tourism industry in Quanzhou has developed rapidly in recent years,which leads to the destruction and depletion of tourism resources meanwhile.To regulate the development and utilization of tourism resources legitimately by means of law is an important way to realize the sustainable development of the tourism.Through analyzing the actual development of the tourism resources in Quanzhou and on the basis of protecting tourism resources,this article surveys touring legislative practice in the west,classifies the existing laws which the tourism industry in Quanzhou judges by and proposes specific legislative measures. |
