我国网络反腐中公民参与的完善

网络作为公民反腐的新阵地,有利于公民行使对政府及其官员的批评建议等个人权利,促进我国民主政治的发展和公民意识的增强。我国网络反腐中的公民参与仍存在着一些公民参与行为不规范等问题,宜采取以下对策加以完善：提高公民参与素质;完善网络反腐的相关制度;政府积极推动官方网站建设,加强其和民间反腐网站的合作。

On the Consummation of Public Participation in Network Anti-corruption in China

As a new approach of citizens＇ anti-corruption,network anti-corruption is beneficial for us to perform the rights of criticism and suggestion,which will also promote the development of democratic politics and strengthen citizens＇ awareness of their obligations.However,there are some problems in public participation in network anti-corruption,such as non-standard participating behaviors and so on.In order to perfect public participation in it,some measures should be taken as follows： improving citizens＇ participating abilities;perfecting the system of anti-corruption;the government＇s promoting the construction of official websites and strengthening the cooperation with the non-official anti-corruption websites.
