| 摘 要： | “天生国际化企业”现象是一种企业国际化的新型发展道路，许多的中小企业在成立不久就活跃在全球市场中并取得了较好的业绩。通过天生国际化企业与传统国际化企业的对比研究，可以从概念界定、创立者特征、企业能力特征、企业战略特征四个方面具体分析天生国际化企业的内在特点。同时，通过对新型企业国际化现象的研究，希望对我国企业的国际化发展提供参考借鉴。

| Abstract: | ＂The natural global enterprise＂ demonstrates a new development way in the course of the enterprises＇ rapid internationalization. More and more SMEs become active in the global market soon after their establishment and have achieved good development. In this paper, a comparative study of traditional internationalized enterprises and natural global enterprises, will be made from four aspects --concept definition, characteristics of founders and entrepreneurial capacity, corporate strategy features, so as to analyze the characteristics of natural global ones. At the same time, the study of natural global enterprises is in the hope ＇of providing reference for the future research of Chinese enterprises＇ internationalization. |
