| 摘 要： | 思想政治教育实效性不强是目前高校思想政治教育中存在的突出问题。增强高校思想政治教育实效性需要多管齐下,全面建设。应树立"以学生为本"的服务理念;加强和改进理想信念教育、信仰教育;完善思想政治教育机制;借鉴西方隐性教育方法,使其融合于高校思想政治教育中。

| Abstract: | The ineffectiveness of the ideological and political education in college is a glaring issue in the ideological and political education.To enhance the effectiveness of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities,multi-methods shoud be adapted and comprehensive construction should be done.The concept "putting student first" should be established,ideal and faith education should be strengthened and improved,political education mechanism should be improved,and the Western implicit education methods shoud be borrowed and integrate into the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. |
