| Abstract: | A modern library in the 21 st century is tending to become more of characteristics.The application of digital technology and Internet bring fundamental changes to traditional library.But the management of personnel is unchangeable.The paper puts forward"Taking Personnel into Basic Consideration"as the guiding principal of staff administration in libary.Emphasizes on the development the creativeness of the staff and carry forward the consciousness of serving the society and people. |
