| 摘 要： | 对发展中国家来说,能够实现跨越式发展是政府最为关注的。本文认为技术跨越的落脚点应该放在产业的层次。总结国外已成功的产业技术跨越案例,我们构建了产业技术跨越发展的"菱形理论",并用这一分析框架分析了我国数字视频产业面临的跨越式发展的机会,以及政府如何在其中起到核心推动和资源整合的作用。

| Abstract: | For developing countries, governments put their hearts on leapfrogging development. In this essay, the author thinks we should study technological leapfrogging as viewed from industry. Summing up the succeeded cases abroad, we set up "diamond theory" of industry technological leapfrogging. By using this "diamond theory", we analyzed the opportunities of the development of digital video industry in china and how the government drives the redistribution of resources. |
