| 摘 要： | 从项目管理的基本特点和职能出发，针对高职院校传统实验室开放管理过程中存在的问题，提出将项目管理模式引入实验室开放管理并分析其可行性，总结了新的管理模式在实验室开放中的实施办法及其初步成效。
