| 摘 要： | 消费是拉动经济增长的最终和最关键的动力源，而国内经济增长过于依靠出口拉动和外资，如何激活居民的消费需求、加快居民的消费升级意义重大。论文基于消费者有限理性的基本假设，从行为经济学的视角，运用前景理论研究城乡居民消费需求扩大的制约因素，并在此基础上提出当前扩大居民消费的当务之急是稳定价格、扩大就业和完善社会保障体系。
