摘    要:未来社会是学习型社会,终身教育的地位将空前突出。如何实现教师专业化发展,提高教师素质,已经成为教育界及全社会关注的热点问题。教师应成为"学习者","研究者"、"导学者"、"合作者",将外在的制度要求内化为自我发展的内在职业理想诉求,才能真正实现教师的专业自主化。
