| 摘 要： | 体育体制改革改变了竞技体育人才培养系统的状态,人才培养系统的联系更加复杂,系统地了解竞技体育人才成长特征,有助于人才培养系统联系的建立与完善。WSR方法论为系统地分析竞技体育人才成长特征提供了工具。研究结果认为竞技体育人才成长的物理特征有时间性、竞赛性;事理特征有整体性、关联性、有序性与适应性;人理特征有统一性、目的性、共生性;三者构成了竞技体育人才成长W-S-R特征系统。竞技体育人才培养体制改革应针对人才成长的系统特征,建立联系,完善机制,提高人才培养效益。
