健康生活,就是在"健康第一"的观念下,在个体或家庭的日常生活中,自觉自愿的,经常性的参加身体锻炼活动,并形成一种健康、文明的生活方式。而在现今,体育电视与居民的生活已经密不可分,它在娱乐大众的同时,也对居民的健康生活产生了负面影响。本文正是以此为切入点,就产生的几点负面影响进行阐述分析,并提出相关建议,为推进我国全民健身计划和促进公共体育服务机制的转型革新以及改进体育电视传播机制提供理论依据。

Analysis of Sports TV's Negative Effect on Healthy Living of Urban Residents

Healthy Living is that people participate in sports and exercises regularlly and voluntarily.With the health first concept.Today sports TV is so close to people's life that it made negative effect on healthy living of urban residents while entertaining them.This paper tries to find theoretical basis to promote national fitness programs and transformation of public sports service.
