| 摘 要： | 武术是中国传统民族文化的遗产,它表现在对中华民族运动攻防技击的理解和运用,同时还表现了中华民族的思想感情、意志、理想、追求、欣赏习惯、思维特点等各种心理素质和民族文化特点。作为民族文化的一部分,武术体现了中国传统文化中刚健有为,注重整体思维、重和谐、以家族为本位的文化特征。

| Abstract: | Martial Arts,a heritage of Chinese traditional culture,represents not only the comprehension and application to the Chinese national arts of attack and defense while moving,but also a variety of psychological qualities and national cultural characteristics including our thoughts,feelings,wills,ideals,pursuits,appreciation customs,and ways of thinking.As a part of national culture,martial arts embody both the energetic and promising integrated thoughts and the harmony-emphasized and family-oriented characteristics. |
