| 摘 要： | 结合目前高校创新、创业人才培养目标,介绍了创新、创业特色的电工电子实验教学体系,以基础层、综合设计层、应用创新层、研发创业层4个层次的实验教学课程群建设为核心,对实验教学内容进行了改革,并阐述了实验教学方法和手段。实践表明,该体系满足了高校厚基础、宽口径、强能力、高素质的人才培养目标,适应当前创业带动就业的新课题。
