我国艺术品市场存在问题的成因与对策

摘    要:文章认为我国艺术品市场当前存在赝品泛滥、炒作成风两大突出问题的内因是艺术品买卖不是完全理性的经济人行为、艺术品资产价值与价格容易产生背离现象、艺术品市场信息难以对称和充分,外因是商业道德水准下降和市场管理法制不完善,进而提出打造权威鉴定评估机构,整肃专家队伍;建立市场信用管理机制,树立诚信典范;完善买卖法律法规建设,严惩违法行为;加大艺术鉴赏知识普及力度,倡导理性投资的相应对策。

Abstract:This article holds that flooding counterfeits and hype are the two outstanding problems in Chinese art market.The internal causes for the problems are as follows:non-entirely-rational behavior of brokers in art trade,easy deviation of art prices from their value and the asymmetry and insufficiency of art market information;while the external of which is morality level.The article then suggests setting up authoritative appraisal and evaluation institution to neaten the team of experts,establishing market credit management mechanism,setting up models of honesty and credit,promoting popularity of art appreciation knowledge and initiating corresponding countermeasures for rational investments.
