高校女生身体意象的现状调查

采用问卷调查法对高校女生身体意象的现状进行调查,结果显示：高校女生身体形态基本正常,趋于偏瘦体形;高校女生对自己的外表评价为偏负向的态度,在肥胖焦虑程度上较低;绝大多数高校女生主观上将自己的体重归于＂肥胖＂之列;高校女生对身体各部位基本满意,其中最满意的部位集中在面部,最不满意的部位集中在下部.高校女生理想体形与实际体形之间存在显著差异,理想体形明显瘦于实际体形.

Investigation of Female University Students on Body Image

The findings show that the female university students have normal body shape and tend to underweight;female university students have low degree of obesity and anxiety;majority of the female university students attributes their weight to ＂obesity＂ subjectively;female university students satisfy the parts of the body.The most satisfying part concentrated in the face and the most unsatisfactory in lower parts;the female university students hope that the ideal body shape significantly can be thinner than the actual one.
