| 摘 要： | 中华人民共和国的建立,标志着中国公民文化进入到当代发展阶段。中国共产党为此进行了长期而艰难的探索,迄今已经历了三个阶段。回顾历史,我们至少可以得到这么三点启示:社会主义必须重视公民文化建设,社会主义公民文化建设必须与经济发展和政治体制改革相协调,必须科学把握主导政治文化与政治亚文化之间的亲和度。
