| 摘 要： | 创新驿站在推动科技、经济和社会发展中发挥了巨大作用。创新驿站评价也成为国外科技政策、技术创新以及区域经济研究的热点。笔者分别从创新驿站站点和网络两个方面对国外创新驿站评价研究进行评述,最后指出评价研究的启示和未来趋势。

| Abstract: | Innovation Relay Centers have played an extremely important role in supporting the economic and social development as well as technological progress.Innovation Relay Centers Evaluation has become a research hotspot of science & technology policies,technological innovation and regional economic studies.From two different perspectives,this paper is devoted to a reconnaissance of the literature on Innovation Relay Centers and most relevant contributions on the assessment in IRC Network literature,aiming to find out enlightenment from the current research and discern the future study trends. |
