| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、专家访谈法,对辽宁省竞技体育后备人才培养现状及可持续性发展进行了分析论证。研究表明,辽宁省竞技体育采取一系列及时而有效的措施,集中优势,突出重点,优化结构,分类管理,对运动项目的布局进行了及时调整,科学地制定了符合实际的竞技体育后备人才培养发展战略,对该省竞技体育保持健康可持续性发展具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The analysis of the present situation and developing tendency of the cultivation of the reserve talents of competitive sports in Liaoning Province showed that effective measures had been taken to centralize the advantages,perfect the structure,manage at different levels and highlight important tasks.The distribution of the sports events were readjusted and scientific strategies for cultivating the competitive sports were compiled,which was hoped to be significant for the sustainable development of the competitive sports in Liaoning Province. |
