| 摘 要： | 运用访谈和问卷调查法，对盐城市区中学课外体育锻炼的现状进行了调查与研究，较为准确地掌握了中学课外体育锻炼的真实情况，为全面贯彻《学校体育工作条例》、实施新的课程标准和学校体育教学工作的改革提供了有益的参考。
