| 摘 要： | 诉讼公正与效率二律背反。过分追求诉讼效率不利于保障程序的遵守,不利于人权保障,不利于实现法律效果和社会效果的有机结合。应当坚持程序公正、司法公正的理念,理顺司法机关内部的运行机制,推进司法工作人员专业化、精英化,科学完善刑事诉讼期间的规定,改革当前刑事诉讼的费用制度。
