RE营养剂对血清睾酮及运动能力的影响

摘    要:以游泳小鼠、普通大学生及运动员为研究对象,研究了RE营养剂对睾酮及运动能力的影响.结果表明:RE大、小剂量组小鼠血清睾酮值均比时照组有显著意义提高(P<0.05).小鼠3%负荷游泳力竭实验:RE小剂量组游泳时间较对照组有显著意义延长(P<0.05).小鼠6%负荷游泳力竭实验:RE小剂量组游泳时间较对照组有比较显著意义延长.普通大学生服用RE胶囊后血清睾酮水平有显著提高(P<0.05),男子举重运动员服用RE胶囊后血清睾酮水平有显著提高(P<0.05).男子自行车运动员服用RE胶囊,冬训和夏训后血清睾酮水平均有升高,但夏训后更显著(P<0.05).主要结论:服用RE营养剂小鼠和运动员血清睾酮水平显著提高,运动能力也显著增强,小剂量组较大剂量组作用明显,因此应用时应采取适宜剂量.

Abstract:The purpose of the study was to investigate the effects of RE-nutriment on serum testosterone and the ability of exercise in swimming mice, common undergraduates and athletes. The results showed that serum testosterone of mice increased in both low-dose and high-dose group(P<0. 05). 3% of body weight lied swimming time was longer in low-dose road than in control group. 6% of body weight load swimming time was also longer in low-dose group than in control group. Serum testosterone of common undergraduates who were taken with RE-nutriment increased evidently( P< 0.05). Serum testosterone of weight lifting male athletes who were taken with RE-nutriment after 15 days and 30 days was higher compared to the basal level(P<0.05). Bicycle athletes who were taken with RE-nutriment after winter training and summer training was higher compared to the basal level. These results suggest that serum testosterone increase after taking RE-nutriment, and the ability of exercise was strengthened, the effect of low-dose was more apparent than high-dose.
