产学合作知识转移对高新技术企业自主创新能力影响

分析产学合作知识转移对高新技术企业自主创新能力影响的关键因素,并提出相关假设。通过对西安大学和高新技术企业调研,获得研究数据。应用结构方程模型进行检验,结果表明,大学知识转移能力、企业知识吸收能力、知识特性以及界面管理水平这四个影响产学合作知识转移的因素均对高新技术企业自主创新能力产生显著的正向影响作用,其中知识特性与界面管理水平又对大学知识转移能力以及企业知识吸收能力产生正向作用,另一方面,界面管理水平和高新技术企业自主创新能力最终对产学合作效果起正向影响作用。

Effects of Co-operative Knowledge Transfer on High-tech Enterprise Independent Innovation Ability

This paper analyzes the key influencing factors of co-operative knowledge transfer on high-tech enterprise independent innovation ability, and proposes some relevant assumptions. This study obtains required data through questionnaire survey, and the questionnaire distributed objects are from some universities and high-tech enterprises of Xi"an who have participated in a co-operative knowledge transfer projects. Then this paper tests hypothesis with structural equation model. The results show that the university knowledge transfer ability, the enterprise knowledge absorptive capacity, knowledge property and interface management raise the independent innovation ability of high-tech enterprise. In addition, knowledge property and interface management have a positive effect on university knowledge transfer ability and enterprise knowledge absorptive capacity, meanwhile interface management and high-tech enterprise independent innovation ability eventually have a positive effect on co-operative results.
