基于信息系统资源的企业动态能力提升研究

在文献分析基础上,以流程融合为中介变量,构建基于信息系统(IS)资源的企业动态能力提升的研究框架。实证分析表明,动态能力具有五维度结构;IS资源中由外而内的资源和跨越的资源对动态能力有积极影响;流程融合对于由外而内的资源与动态能力间关系中起到部分中介作用,对于跨越的资源与动态能力间关系起到完全中介效应,而对由内而外的资源与动态能力间关系的不存在中介效应。企业可以通过相应IS资源的获取与积累促进动态能力的提升。

Research on the enhancement of enterprise dynamic capabilities based on information system resources

Based on the extant literature, a research framework of enhancement of enterprise dynamic capabilities caused by information system (IS) resources is developed, in which organizational process alignment serves as a mediate variable. The results show: dynamic capabilities have a 5 dimensional structure; the out-inside and spanning IS resources positive effect the enhancement of dynamic capabilities; organizational process alignment has a mediate effect on the relationship between IS resources and dynamic capabilities. Enterprises can facilitate the enhancement of dynamic capabilities through adoption and accumulation of corresponding IS resources.
