区域煤炭资源安全绿色高效开采技术路线图研究——以陕西省为例

通过产业现状分析、目标凝炼、技术清单构建、关键技术与研发项目遴选、研发策略分析等步骤,采用文献资料分析、实地调研、专家研讨等方法,研究编制陕西省煤炭资源安全绿色高效开采关键技术路线图。该技术路线图能够在强化相关技术领域的预见和规划、优化创新资源配置、提高创新效率并降低创新风险产生重要的促进作用,对于实现陕西省煤炭产业健康可持续发展具有重要的现实意义,同时也对类似矿区具有良好的借鉴作用。

Study on the Technology Roadmap for Safe,Green and High Efficient Mining of Regional Coal Resources-Taking Shaanxi as a Case

Through the step of industry situation analysis,goal setting,technology list building,key technology and the R&D project selection,and R&D strategy analysis,with the method of literature analysis,on-the-spot investigation and expert discussion,the technology roadmap for safe,green and high efficient coal mining in Shaanxi province is developed. As a comprehensive framework and planning of coal mining technology,the technology roadmap can play a very important role in optimizing the allocation of innovation resources,improving R&D efficiency and reducing the R&D risk in the field of coal mining technology innovation,which can produce significant positive role in realizing sustainable development of coal industry in Shanxi Province,and provide good reference for similar mining area in China.
