| 摘 要： | 本文研究目的:了解当前女大学生在就业前期的心理健康状况,为女大学生的心理健康教育提供依据。方法:采用艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版(EPQ-RSC)、康奈尔健康问卷(CMI)以及就业紧张量表,对170名本科生进行调查研究。结果:在就业前期的心理健康状况上,女生得分高于男生且差异显著;女大学生的人格因素、心理健康状况与就业紧张之间存在着一定的相关。结论:面临就业紧张的女大学生,其心理健康状况应该引起足够重视,并提出解决对策。

| Abstract: | Objective : To find out the mental conditions of female graduates facing employment pressure and provide gist for mental health education.Methods : To research 170 undergraduate college students by EPQ-RSC,CMI and employment stress scale.Results : The female graduates have a marked higher score than the male graduates in psychological status when facing employment,and there is a correlation among female graduates' per-sonality trait,mental healthy status and employment tension in some dimensionality.Conclusion The female gra-duates facing employment pressure their mental healthy status should cause the enough value,and then the study gave some countermeasures. |
