赛前训练的时间学研究

通过实证研究、访谈、问卷调查等研究方法，针对赛前训练实际，对其进行时间学分析。构建赛前训练时间学系统的理论框架，讨论了赛前训练时间系统分析设计的原理及具体的方式和方法；并对赛前训练时间系统调控的原理、主要内容及具体方法、方式进行系统分析；同时，构建了赛前训练时间管理的基本模型，并提出了以时间效益作为赛前训练时间评价的基本标准。

Timealogic Research on Pre-competition Training

By the aid of the research methods of confirming research, visit, questionnaire etc., and in the light of the pre-competition training reality, this study made a timealogic analysis of pre-competition training. It constructed the theoretical framework for the timealogic system of pre-competition training, discussed the analytic and designing principles and concrete forms and ways of the system, and systematically analyzed the principles, main contents and concrete forms and ways of regulating and controlling the pre-competition training time system, meanwhile, constructed the basic model for managing pre-competition training time, and put forward the fundamental criterion which took time benefit as evaluation of the pre-competition training time.
