摘    要:饮食文化是民族文化的重要组成部分,菜肴名称直接反映一个民族的饮食习惯、喜爱、情感,正确翻译汉语饮食方面的词语是规范、发展维语新词语当中一项迫在眉睫的工作,本文主要对汉语菜肴名称的维译方法及规范提出建议。

Abstract:The culture of food plays an important part of national culture.The dish's name directly reflects a nation's custom,preference and affection.It is an important work to translate correctly the Chinese version of food into Uyghur language with an intention of regulating and developing the Uighur vocabulary.Some suggestions and advice are proposed in this paper on how to translate Chinese dish's name into Uygur language.
