实现真正的STEM教育:来自科学实践哲学视角的理解

摘    要:STEM教育作为一种重要的科学教育理念,包含注重打破学科壁垒的整合教育、强调面向真实世界的情境教育以及培养问题解决能力的循证教育三重意蕴。然而,当前STEM教育的大规模发展使其陷入了功利化倾向与复制式扩张的困境之中,需要来自科学实践哲学视角的深度反思以指引其未来发展方向。在科学实践哲学的考察视域内,STEM教育是一种从沉思科学到干预科学的介入性科学实践,是一种从科学作品到科学过程的地方性科学实践。未来STEM教育的真正实现需要准确把握“开放式终结”的意涵并全面理解“实验室生活”。

Realizing Real STEM Education from the Perspective of Philosophy of Scientific Practice

Abstract:Originated in the United States and popular all over the world,STEM education is known as the“way to break the predicament”to save science education.As an important concept of scientific education,STEM education has rich connotations,which include integrated education that focuses on breaking discipline barriers,situational education facing the real world and evidence:based education that cultivates problem solving ability.However,the current large scale development of STEM education makes it fall into the dilemma of utilitarian tendency and.replicated expansion,which causes many researchers'all round anxiety and reflection.It is urgent to have a deeper understanding of STEM education from the perspective of philosophy of science.As an important development trend of philosophy of science,philosophy of scientific practice has an important impact on the objectives and methods of science education,so it is necessary to use philosophy of scientific practice to inspect STEM education.F rom the perspective of philosophy of scientific practice,STEM education is a kind of intervening scientific practice from contemplating science to intervening science,and a kind of local scientific practice from scientific works to scientific process The real realization of STEM education in the future needs to grasp the meaning of“open end”and fully understand“laboratory life”.
