我国冬季奥运项目“跨项选材”的研究与实践

运用文献资料法、逻辑分析等方法对我国冬季奥运项目的"跨项选材"进行研究,发现"跨项选材"具有耗时短、效率高、弱化地域差异等优点。结果:"跨项选材"的选择要考虑运动员所属项群、身体素质、心肺能力和心理素质等作为科学选材依据;教练员知识技能水平有待提高、场地等硬件设施不完善、教练员与运动员的社会保障机制待落实。

Research and Practice on"Cross Event Selection"of Winter Olympic Events in China

By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper studies the"cross event selection"of Winter Olympic Games in China,and finds that"cross event selection"has the advantages of short time,high efficiency and weakening regional differences.Results:the selection of"cross event selection"should consider the event group,physical quality,cardiopulmonary ability and psychological quality of athletes as the basis of scientific selection;the level of coaches’knowledge and skills needs to be improved,the hardware facilities such as venues are not perfect,and the social security mechanism between coaches and athletes needs to be implemented.
