| 摘 要： | 太极拳拥有悠久文化内涵,具有强身健体之功效,在社会上得到广泛地推广,已经成为一项颇受欢迎的武术健身运动。但从太极拳本身特性,中小学生的生理和心理特点出发,以及其它主客观条件的限制,太极拳不适宜在广大中小学生中大范围普及。
