| 摘 要： | 太极拳推手是在实战条件下的双人对抗练习,在与对方肢体接触时,要善于体察对方的虚实、强弱和力量的方向,并相机而动,应感而发,控制对手施以有效打击。文章对太极推手的内涵、特点及原理等方面进行了研究,旨在拓宽太极拳活动的新思路,为体育教学改革和发展提供参考依据,并试图带动太极拳运动的普及与推广。
