| 摘 要： | 起跳技术也是衡量跳远技术的主要指标。研究从跳远的起跳技术特点出发,对第11届全国运动会男子跳远前8名运动员起跳阶段的时间参数、速度参数和角度参数进行综合分析,并与前国内优秀跳远运动员和世界优秀跳远运动员进行比较。结果发现:运动员起跳过程中,转化阶段变异性偏大,导致起跳阶段的动作稳定性较差;转化和蹬伸的时间过短,最终影响到起跳效果;腿部蹬伸能力与较快速的助跑速度不相匹配,出现了助跑速度快但无法腾起的现象,都反映腿部蹬伸力量欠缺。 |
