| 摘 要： | 从新农合制度试点至全面推开的现状看,新农合基金运行管理过程中存在着挪用、骗套取等各种安全隐患。针对这些隐患,应从建立健全法律法规、推进新农合信息化建设、加大审计监督力度等方面为新农合基金安全健康运行提供保障。

| Abstract: | Since the trial and the general promotion of the New Rural Cooperative Medical Care System,embezzlement and cheat are always the hidden dangers in the fund management.To remove these dangers and safeguard healthy operation of the fund,laws and regulations should be established and improved,information construction needs to be further advanced,and audit supervision should be strengthened. |
