提高大学生就业能力的内涵分析与对策研究

在日益激烈的市场竞争和高等教育的不断大众化背景下,伴随着市场对＂人才＂的重新定位和高校招生规模的不断扩大,大学生就业难问题已经成为社会各界关注的重点和难点。然而,高度重视大学生就业能力的培养是目前解决大学生就业问题的重要途径。通过对大学生就业能力内涵的思考和界定,将大学生就业能力的结构分解为社会契合度、职业期待和职业素质三个纬度。根据其结构构成,试图构建既反映社会需要、企业要求又关注个体特质的＂大学生就业能力培养方案＂。

Connotation Analysis and Countermeasure Research of Improving College Students' Employment Competence

Under the background of the increasing market competition and growing popularity of higher education,together with the ever-increasing admission scale in colleges and the re-orientation to talents by the market,the problem of college graduates＇ employment has been the focus and headache for all walks of life.Therefore,attaching importance to the cultivation of college students＇ employment competence is an important way to solve the problem.By reflecting on and defining the college students＇ employment competence,this thesis divides the employment competence into three aspects： social correspondence,professional expectancy,and professional ability.Based on their structural framework,this thesis constructs the cultivation scheme of college students＇ employment competence which,on the one hand,meets the need of the society and enterprises,and on the other hand,pays attention to the individual characteristics in the hope to improve the college students＇ employment competence.
