当前世界女子高低杠项目成套动作难度特征分析

以第39届世界体操锦标赛的女选手为研究对象，对新规则实施后世界女子高低杠发展特点进行研究。结果显示：成套动作的平均难度为6．638分，位居4项之首，仍有继续提高的空间；其中飞行动作的难度变化不大，连接价值提高；从低杠换握高杠大多以B组动作为主，从高杠换握低杠则以D组为主；上法开发了挺身跳起成低杠手倒立的D组难度，且有连接动作加难的趋势；下法动作继续呈现多样化特征：今后的主要任务是提高完成动作的成功率和动作质量，重点提高动作细节和下法的稳定性。

Analysis of the Whole Set Movement Difficulty of World Women' s Uneven Bar

The female athletes who attending the 39th World Gymnastics Championship were observed as object, this article studied the development pattern of world female high low bars after the new rules. Results demonstrated that the average difficulty of complete sets of movement is 6.638, which located the first of the four items, but still has the space to continue to increase. There are not big changes in flight maneuver difficulty, connection value has been enhanced. Movements from the low bar grasping the high bar are mainly B group. Those from the high bar to the low bar are mostly D group; Movements of getting on the bar developed D group of difficulties as thrust forward to jump and handstand in low bar;, and there has also the more difficult tendency in the connection movement. Landing movement continues to present the diverse characteristic. The future task will be to enhance the success ratio of the movement completion and the movement quality, which focus on improving the movement details and landing stability.
