| 摘 要： | 当前网络环境中的成人教育学习是一种普遍的教育模式,基于网络的学习有优势,同时也带来了一些新的挑战.网络学习因受师生时空分离和主客观因素的影响,成人学习在面对大量的开放性、共享性、快速性的网络资源信息时容易出现信息超载、信息迷航,学习中容易产生认知负荷,影响了学习效果.本文从认知负荷理论的角度,分析影响成人学习成效的主要因素,并对如何提高网络环境下成人学习者学习成效问题提出应对策略.

| Abstract: | Currently, adult education in network environment has become a common educational mode. Web-based learning has advantages, but it also brings some new challenges. In this paper, from the perspective of cognitive load theory, the author analyzes the main factors affecting adult learning effectiveness, and puts forward countermeasures on how to improve adult learners＇ learning effectiveness in network environment. |
