| 摘 要： | 通过访问调查、结合查阅的文献资料,了解并掌握河南省中学体育教师继续教育的培训模式,分析现存模式的不足,构建出“高校—中学”双轨制一体化的继续教育的培训模式。实行灵活多样的开放性的培养模式,拓宽办学渠道,建立和健全体育教师继续教育的培训基地,发挥普通高校体育院系及各地市重点中学的作用,是我省目前需要积极关注和解决的问题,以保证体育教师继续教育目标的实现。
