| 摘 要： | 教师文化是教师参与教育生活的现实样式,教师发展是教师文化的创生与转变。在文化学视野中,教育生活是教师教育的大学校,文化创进是教师发展的基本路径,文化自主是推动教师发展的现实力量,象征空间重构是教师发展的隐性路径,文化生态是教师发展的自育机制。从专业建构走向文化创生是解决教师教育根本问题的重要策略。
