计算机类专业学生顶岗实习管理方法的探索与实践

本文指出了高职院校计算机类专业顺利推进顶岗实习必须解决学生对顶岗实习认同;企业与学校对学生管理教育方式差异;学生顶岗实习期间学生应该学什么,怎么学;学校对顶岗实习的学生应该管什么,怎么管等关键性问题。提出了应加强学生理念认同教育,深化教育教学改革,保证各个教学环节与顶岗实习紧密对接,加强校企沟通形成多方互动合作的学生管理机制等相应对策。

Exploration and Practice on Management Method for Post-Practice of Computer-Major Students

This paper indicates the key points in post-practice for computer-major students of higher vocational colleges. The key problems are as follows:the identity to the post practice of students; the difference between the colleges and companies in the management and education mode of students; what and how to study for the students during the post-practice period; what and how to manage the students for the colleges during the post-practice period. This paper also illustrates some relevant methods on enhancing idea-identity education for students and deepening the reform of education and teaching so as to assure the close connection between the teaching procedure and post-practice. Besides,the colleges should strengthen the communications with companies and form the students-managing system with reciprocal collaboration.
