《传染病学》临床教学中PBL联合CBL教学法的应用探索

摘    要:目的:评价使用大数据技术联合以问题为导向教学法(Problem based learning,PBL)与以病例为导向教学法(Case based learning,CBL)在《传染病学》临床教学中的应用效果。方法:采用随机对照研究方法,将湖北文理学院医学院2016级临床医学本科班126名学生随机分为两组作研究对象,对照组采用传统讲授教学法,观察组采用PBL联合CBL教学法,对比两组教学效果。结果:观察组的理论知识成绩(63.85±2.76)分,略高于对照组的(63.61±3.38)分,但差异无统计学意义p<0.05;观察组案例分析成绩(27.99±1.73),高于对照组的(23.25±2.37)分,差别具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。问卷结果显示;PBL与CBL教学模式有助于激发学习兴趣、提高师生互动、增强知识的掌握、提高学习效率以及临床思维和综合解决问题能力。结论:利用大数据技术联合PBL与CBL教学法是一种创新的教学方式,更适合《传染病学》教学需要,值得推广。

Research on Application of Problem Based Learning and Case Based Learning in Infectious Diseases Teaching

Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of PBL combined with CBL mode in integrated teaching of infectious diseases.Methods:The 2016 clinical medicine undergraduate class was randomly divided into two groups,one was set as experimental group as control group.The other was selected as the research object.The control group was given the traditional teaching mode.The observation group was given PBL combined with CBL mode.Teaching effect was compared in two groups.Results:The case analysis score of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PBL combined with CBL mode plays a very good role in promoting infectious disease integrated teaching,improving the teaching effect and student satisfaction.It is an effective teaching mode.
