摘    要:目的通过对医学生实习重要性认知、临床实习行为以及带教教师对学生实习表现满意度、带教行为等的调查分析,了解目前医学生临床实习现状,分析影响医学生临床实习行为的主要原因.方法通过自设实习学生和教师问卷进行不记名调查.结果教师和学生对实习重要性的认知均较好,分别为96.5%和91.7%,但学生在实习过程中表现出来的积极性、主动性以及对实习任务的完成、对临床实习的坚持却不尽人意,在影响实习质量因素方面,教师和学生的观点不同,教师和学生之间的彼此满意度均不高.

Abstract:Objective To realise the clinical practice situation of current medical students and analyse the main reason of effecting on the behavior that the students present in clinical practice by investigations and analysing the cognition of students about the importance of clinical practice.the satisfaction degree of guiding teachers for the performance of students in clinical practice and the behaviors of guiding teachers. Method Investigating by anonymous and self-design questionnaire for the teachers and practical students.Results The importance of clinical practice that the teachers and students realise is well,to96.5% and91.7% respectively.But the enthusiasm and initiative of student in clinical practice,the completion degree of practice task and the persistence of clinical practice are not very satisfactory,there are many different views of the teachers and students in the respect of influence factors. The satisfaction degree that exsists between teachers and students is not high.
