| 摘 要： | 为实现产业集群和企业的可持续发展,基于循环经济的产业集群和企业发展若干问题,应鼓励产业集群推行企业内部生产过程循环、企业之间生产过程循环和企业与社会之间的循环,以实现产业集群的可持续发展。在信息化的产业融合过程中,产业集群的地理空间仍然是有限的;集聚循环经济将成为产业集群的重要形成机制;集聚循环经济效益原则是产业集群政策设计的重要原则;公司“废物”循环利用是公司空间扩张的因素之一。

| Abstract: | Based on the issues of the development of the industrial clusters and enterprises on circular economy,in order to achieve the sustainable development of industrial clusters and enterprises,industrial clusters should be encouraged to promote circulation of industrial process within enterprises,between enterprises,and between enterprises and society.Geographic space of industrial clusters is still limited in the process of informational industry amalgamation.Agglomerate circular economy will become an important formation mechanism of industrial clusters.The principle of agglomerate circular economy is an important principle to design the policy of industrial clusters;recycling utilization of waste is one of the factors affecting spatial expansion of the company. |
