| 摘 要： | 学校体育场馆对外开放的政府购买模式既不增加学校的维护压力,又提高场馆使用效率,有利于学校体育场馆健康、可持续性的向社会公众开放,促进体育公共服务质量和水平的提高。同时,这种模式运作过程不够规范,缺乏制度化的购买程序。

| Abstract: | The opening management mode of school sports facilities are in all kinds.From the perspective of "government purchasing services",the study adopts the methods of document literature,questionnaire survey and case study and takes government purchasing services of opening in Jing'an area of shanghai for example.Starting from the government purchase service concepts and basic theories,the case study analyses the operation mechanism of government purchase service mode,its achieved effects and existing problems,with the purpose of making constant beneficial exploration in the "government purchasing services"-a new way of public service supply and meanwhile the study makes efforts to provide reference paradigm for school sports facilities opening to the public. |
