高校电子文件管理机制建设刍议

高校电子文件管理跨越多个部门,经历很长时间,对组织、机构、制度和方法等方面提出集成衔接的要求。文章对高校电子文件管理机制建设的现状和存在的问题进行了阐述,提出从落实完善法制体系建设、加强管理和管理人员业务培训、高校电子文件机构设置和职责分配等方面保证高校电子文件管理工作有效开展。

Personal remarks on the construction of managerial mechanism of electronic records in higher institutions

The management of electronic documents involves quite a few departments in university library, which raises some connecting requirements in time, organization, departments, regulations and methods. This article expounds the construction of managerial mechanism of electronic documents and the existing problems in the management of e-materials. The authors of this article propose that the managerial work of e-materials should be carried out from the following aspects ： the perfection of the construction of rules and regulations, the training work of the managerial personnel, the allocation of the departments concerned, and a clear division of responsibilities of the departments in the libraries of colleges and universities.
